MJP 6000 Gun

The MJP-6000 HP-HVOLF Gun is a specialized solution designed for internal diameter coating and hard-to-reach areas, delivering high-performance coatings with precision and consistency. Engineered to work with standard liquid fuel HVOF systems, it combines a compact design with advanced combustion geometry to enable effective coating inside pipes and confined components. Its unique offset combustion chamber allows angular spraying (45° & 70° heads), ensuring optimal particle impact and uniform coating deposition even in restricted spaces. The system is optimized for carbide powders and delivers coatings with excellent density, adhesion, and wear resistance. Operating with efficient gas consumption and a lightweight structure, the MJP-6000 ensures ease of handling while maintaining robust industrial performance. It is fully compatible with systems like XPOJET-5000 and similar HP-HVOLF setups, making it a versatile addition to existing coating lines

MK-2700 Console

The MK-2700 Control Console is a fully integrated, modular control system designed to manage and optimize HVOF coating operations for both XPOJET and MJP series guns. Built on advanced PLC-based architecture, it ensures precise control, repeatability, and safe operation across all process parameters. The system integrates all critical modules—including fuel, oxygen, and auxiliary controls—into a unified interface, enabling seamless coordination and real-time monitoring. With closed-loop control using mass flow controllers, the MK-2700 delivers accurate and stable combustion conditions, resulting in consistent coating quality and process reliability. Designed for both automated and manual environments, the console supports robotic integration, recipe-based operation, and intelligent safety interlocks, making it ideal for high-precision industrial coating applications.

XPOJET 5000 & XPOJET 5250

The XPOJET-5000 & XPOJET 5250 Guns are the core of the Liquid HVOF coating system, engineered to deliver superior coating quality through advanced combustion design and optimized particle acceleration. It utilizes downstream powder injection, ensuring improved mixing, uniform heating, reduced oxidation, and higher particle velocities resulting in dense, high-integrity coatings. The system operates at exceptionally high combustion chamber pressures and achieves very high gas velocities, significantly outperforming conventional HVOF systems.
